Logitech Nano Wireless Mouse
This USB Device was not recognised, Logitech mouse?
Ive tried to start using my Logitech wireless mouse for my laptop recently, it has a nano reciever and when ever i plug in the reciever (USB) i get this windows pop up ‘this device is not recognised’ i had it working a couple of times but then it stopped again within a minuite.
Do i need to reinstall drivers or thier software (setpoint)?
I tried dowloading SetPoint when when it gets to 8% installing it says their is already a newer version on my computer, i had searched everywhere for this version and it is nowhere to be found!
This is getting very fustrating and would love my mouse to work again as it is so much easier, so any suggestions or pointer as to what i should do.

Uninstall the driver without having the micro receiver plugged in.
Re-install the newest drivers (Setpoint)…restart.
Plug in micro receiver and see if it now works properly.
