Top 5 Gadgets to Get for Christmas 2009
Christmas, it’s meant to be the time of year where you can relax and spend time with your family. However, it rarely ever is. The day itself is ok, but it’s the run up to the big day that I’m talking about, that’s where the real stress occurs.
The absolute worst thing about Christmas is having to shop for gifts, having to pick out something for your family. Once you’ve managed to find something that they won’t like, you still have to wait in line to actually buy them. All this while being knocked about by crazy customers running past in an attempt to get the last item on the shelf. That is the reason why so many thousand people will choose to do their shopping online.
Although you may have alleviated some of the stress by shopping online, you still must choose what to buy each family member. One of the best things to buy this year would be gadgets, simply because they have grown massively in popularity over the past few years.
Here is my top list of must have gadgets for this Christmas.
- iPod Nano. This latest product from Apple brings you both portable music, plus the added feature of being able to record video.
- Nintendo DSi. The Nintendo DSi is their latest handheld gaming system and this one brings yet more new features to the gaming world. Not only does it come with the addition of 2 cameras, but it is also 10% lighter as well as having larger screens.
- PSPGo. Another handheld now, this time from Sony. This new PSP is smaller and lighter than previous models. The major changes in the new PSPGo is that there are no need for discs, all games are downloaded and stored on the internal hard drive.
- Tony Hawks Ride. This upcoming game from Tony Hawk will change the way we play skating games. The game features a Wii Balance Board controller, in the shape of a skateboard, to make you really feel your inside the game.
- Logitech G19 Gaming Keyboard. Logitech are the kings of PC gaming equipment. Their recently released G19 keyboard wipes the floor with the previous G15. With an improved LCD display, more G-keys and custom lighting, this keyboard is the master of gaming equipment.
All of those are not cheap to buy. If you’re looking for something slightly cheaper, you can still get some great gadgets for reasonable prices. Gadgets such as backwards clocks as well as flying lanterns are great fun to have. If you are searching for more practical gadgets, projector alarm clocks are great gifts.
